An hour of skillful care in a welcoming facility. She accommodated my painful areas and reduced my pain. Very grateful. Highly recommended.

What we do
Four ways in
Not sure which one? Book the Signature massage — it is the most adaptable session on the list, and Caroline will tell you if something else would serve you better.
Signature Massage
Caroline's own blend of therapeutic and relaxation work, shaped around what your body is actually asking for that day.
Traditional Thai Massage
Assisted yoga — stretches, compressions and acupressure along the body's energy lines. You stay fully clothed.
CranioSacral Therapy
Very light contact along the head, neck and spine to release the effects of stress on the central nervous system.
Aromatherapy Massage
A signature session carried by essential oils chosen for what you came in with — tension, low energy, a mind that will not settle.
Your therapist
Movement first, then the hands
A former student of psychology and a professional dancer, Caroline came to bodywork through movement — and still works from that view of it. She trained at the Spa Tech Institute in Westborough, 600 hours in therapeutic massage, relaxation massage and polarity therapy, then added Traditional Thai, CranioSacral, Shirodhara and cupping.
Our mission is to facilitate personal awareness for the achievement of full health potential — balancing body, mind and spirit.

Questions people ask
What is Traditional Thai massage?
Thai yoga massage is a healing art form over 2,500 years old. It is essentially a form of assisted yoga performed by the giver, with the receiver completely passive throughout. The practitioner uses yoga stretches, compressions and acupressure over the energy lines of the body to restore and balance energy, bringing greater symmetry and increased mobility to the musculoskeletal system. Thai massage takes place on a futon mat on the floor, and you wear loose fitting clothing.
What is CranioSacral therapy?
CranioSacral therapy is a gentle method of detection and correction that encourages your own natural healing mechanism to dissipate the negative effects of stress on your central nervous system. You also benefit from better resistance to disease. It addresses migraines and headaches, chronic neck and back pain, and stress and tension-related disorders. In addition, it can benefit those with autism, motor-coordination impairments, and infant and childhood disorders. We have also seen success with those who have brain and spinal cord injuries or chronic fatigue. These sessions are conducted with the client fully clothed.
What should I wear?
For a Signature or Aromatherapy massage you undress to your comfort level and are draped with a sheet the whole time — only the area being worked on is uncovered. Thai massage and CranioSacral therapy are done fully clothed, so bring or wear loose, comfortable clothing you can stretch in.
Do you use cupping?
Yes. Caroline integrates cupping into massage sessions to treat congested areas of the body. It is not booked separately — mention it when you arrive, or note it when you book, and it becomes part of the session.
Which treatment should I book?
If you are not sure, book the Signature Massage. It is the most adaptable session on the list — the work is shaped around what you come in with, and Caroline will tell you if something else would serve you better. If you are coming in for headaches, or you would rather stay clothed, CranioSacral therapy is usually the better first visit.
How do I book?
Online through Booksy — every Book button on this site opens the live calendar, so you can see real openings and reserve one in under a minute. If you would rather talk to someone, call the studio and leave a message if it is mid-session.
